Key Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using professional-grade ride-on and spray equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Promote and upsell additional services in the field
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
Note: This position does not involve mowing or landscaping duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate equipment safely
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test
